Meet the founder:
Jovel has been keeping her finger on the pulse of Vietnam’s fast-evolving food and drink scene since 2020
She quickly fell in love with the country after accidentally stumbling into her first speakeasy bar tucked away on the third floor of an old residential building in Ho Chi Minh City. Since then, she has been discovering and writing all things food and drink on her blog and for international magazines like Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia.
Today, her food tours and experiences bring all the untouched hidden gems, stories, and bars to life as she continues her mission to spotlight Vietnam’s food & drink scene beyond Banh Mi and Pho.
